Some quick notes about The Experience Studio:

If you aren’t familiar with the remarkable work of the philosopher and psychologist Eugene Gendlin, please check out Focusing.org, the home to all things Focusing.
I am currently working with a group of therapists to promote Focusing among clinicians and help them integrate it into their work. It is called Focusing Oriented Therapists Association, or FOTA. There is a website, journal, and social media launch in the works.

There are three groups in development, so please inquirer if you are curious: Parenting the Spectrum, for parents of children or adults who identify as neurodivergent; and Kids’ Social, a group for younger teenagers; and the Saturday Social, for neurodivergent younger adults.
